Process
Web design process in 30 days. You know when I need you.
At CoderConda, website, SEO and AI phone assistant are in place in 30 days, together for €2,445 one-off, then €75 a month. From you I need six appointments for it. Everything else I write and build myself, day by day along this plan.
Before day 1: three sentences, two working days to a reply, a 15-minute call. How it starts
01 — Schedule, 30 days
Schedule over 30 days
Conversation and access
Your time2 hrs 15 min
- Me
- I ask what you offer, which jobs you want and which you no longer do. From those answers I write the positioning and the copy.
- From you
- Day 1 · 2 hrsConversation about your offer, target customers and customer questions
- Day 2 · 15 minAccess: domain, phone number, logo, photos
- Afterwards
- There is nothing for you to write. Whatever is missing from the access list, I set up.
- Me
- I write the audience, the core sentence and the message, then the offer, the value argument, a call guide and a 90-day plan.
- From you
- Day 6 · 1 hrQuestions: you read, I ask
- Day 8 · 1 hrInterim review: two versions of the core sentence, you choose
- Day 14 · 1 hrSign-off of the positioning: seven documents, you approve
- Afterwards
- Seven documents, approved by you: positioning in two weeks.
- Me
- I write the copy and build the website by hand, one page per service. It goes live 7 days after the positioning sign-off.
- From you
- Nothing. I do not need you during these days.
- Afterwards
- A website with a linked Google profile, live on your domain.
- Me
- I set up SEO and GEO and configure the assistant with a number of its own. Then I call it myself as a test.
- From you
- Nothing. I do not need you during these days.
- Afterwards
- First SEO and GEO measurement 14 days after the positioning sign-off. The assistant is set up in 7 days.
Sign-off and handover
Your time45 min
- Me
- I work in your last comments and hand everything over on day 30.
- From you
- Day 29 · 45 minSign-off of website and assistant, with a test call to your mobile
- Afterwards
- Everything runs. Enquiries arrive by phone or in the chat, around the clock.
The plan shows the package “Both together”: website with positioning and AI phone assistant. What each service costs and takes on its own is listed under the web design prices.
02 — Promises in the project
Four promises that hold in every project.
Sign-off
You look four times, on fixed dates. Whatever does not fit, I change beforehand, not afterwards.
Person
You speak to the person who builds it. No call centre, no ticket system.
Changes
The monthly price covers hosting, upkeep, phone number and changes.
Ownership
The website is yours. I hand it over in full, with every credential.
All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. All monthly prices can be cancelled month by month. Prices as of 5 October 2026.
03 — Questions on timing
Five questions that would otherwise cost an email.
01What do I have to supply myself?
What it costs you: six hours. That is one conversation, one set of credentials and four rounds of feedback, over six appointments. I write the copy.
02What if something arrives late?
Then the plan moves by the waiting time. The 30 days are a guide figure from recent projects. I do not cut the scope for it.
03And if I only want the website?
Then the plan runs without the assistant: live 7 days after the positioning sign-off, first SEO and GEO measurement 14 days after the positioning sign-off.
04What happens after day 30?
Website and assistant keep running. All monthly prices are cancellable monthly. If you would rather try it first, you test for 14 days, free of charge.
05How long does automation take?
Automation is a service of its own. Depending on the tier it takes 5, 10 or 21 days, counted from the day the credentials are in. It has no monthly price.
