Four sentencesI hear every day.
01“We already have a website.”
Most people do. It only brings enquiries if Google shows it when somebody searches for what you offer. So I build by hand, with a page of its own for every service, and keep optimising every month after that.
02“Customers want to talk to people.”
During business hours they do, with you. The assistant covers the hours when nobody picks up: evenings, weekends, while you sit in a client meeting. The enquiry is on your phone straight away.
03“What about data protection?”
A fair question. The website and your company knowledge run on a server in Germany that I rent and secure, in an environment and database of their own for your company alone. What gets automated is a process; no customer data is harvested along the way.
04“And what if the AI talks nonsense?”
That happens when an AI is left to talk freely. The assistant answers only from your company knowledge and within fixed guidelines. What it does not know, it says, and it notes the question for you. You can read every conversation in the summary.
