Work

One client. Five systems. And one open rung.

Every figure on this website sits on one of four rungs, and each rung carries a different distance. Here is which one it is, who can check it, and the place where I have nothing to show.

02 — The four rungs

Rung 01 / 04

One client, one search. You can check both.

Carpantier Consulting, a B2B sales agency in Cologne. For its core search the old site was not findable at all — not page 4, nowhere. Today it is on page 1, and 12–15 enquiries a month come in only through the website and ChatGPT.

Rung 02 / 04

A product of my own.Running at clients.

The AI phone assistant has been running since August 2026 and takes around 150 calls a week. Every one ends as a note, an appointment or a transfer. That figure is my own, which is why it sits one rung below Carpantier’s.

Rung 03 / 04

Five systems in service. The figures belong to the clients.

A proposal generator, a trading platform, a recruiting process, an ERP integration, an AI phone assistant. All of them run in production; three of them (2023 and 2025) were built before CoderConda. What they earned the client is in the client’s books and not in mine, so what stands here is the architecture rather than a revenue figure.

Rung 04 / 04

One rung stays empty.I am not filling it with words.

Carpantier is a B2B provider. For a local business with a trade, vehicles and a catchment area I do not have the same evidence. It would be easy to assert and hard to check, so this rung stays empty until there is a figure you can work through yourself.

  1. 01Measured

    Page 1 independently

Who checks: anyone who types the search in

The search is “B2B sales agency Cologne”. Type it in and you see what I see. On top of that came a Google business profile and one page per service. The enquiry figure is the client’s own and holds for this one case. What carries over is not the volume but the fact that a search which used to lead nowhere now brings enquiries.

  2. 02In service

150 / week on the call

Who checks: you, on the first call

It picks up on conditional forwarding, establishes what the caller wants, books from the approved calendar and only puts a call through when it is urgent. German mobile numbers cannot be ported to an internet provider, so it runs on a second number, indistinguishable to the caller. You can check this yourself: on the first call I ring the number and you hear what a caller hears. That is the most honest form of verification I can offer for a product of my own.

  3. 03Handed over

    5 systems documented

Who checks: the case write-up, step by step

Each of the five systems has a page of its own showing the route: the starting point, what was built, the engineering underneath, which part I was responsible for, and what came out at the end. What stands there are operating figures, not business figures: up to 2,500 operations a day, zero manual stock discrepancies, twelve automated steps instead of three. I can state figures like that because they describe the system. What the client earned with it only the client can state, and none of these five has given approval for that.

  4. 04Open

    — not at all

    Who checks: nobody yet

All four modules apply fully to a local business, and the AI phone assistant fits especially well there: somebody up on a roof does not answer the phone. That is a deduction, not evidence. What I offer instead: on the first call I work through your case, with your number of calls, your average order value and your conversion. If it comes out that it does not pay, I say so. Evidence I do not have does not get better by being worded more carefully.

Figures: reported by Carpantier Consulting, as of September 2026. One client, not an average.

Four rungs, three figures. The fourth line is deliberately empty.

03 — How to read it

One client.Not an average.

One piece of evidence does not say it will run the same way for you. It says the system stands and that somebody outside can look. What carries over is not the figure but the sequence: being found, being able to choose, handling the work faster.

04 — Always the same

The evidence varies. The schedule does not.

Which rung a project ends up on, nobody knows in advance. What is fixed in advance is the route: thirty days, six hours of your time, seven documents, one point of contact. And every deadline with the day it counts from.

05 — The systems

Five systems. Each with a page of its own.

And your case?

None of these is your company.

That is the point. Five systems show how deep the work goes and how it is documented. What comes out for you is in none of them, which is what the first call is for: I work through your own case.

06 — The objections

Four sentencesthat argue against this page.

A page that shows its own gap invites questions. Here are the four that suggest themselves.

  1. “One client is not a reference list.”
  2. “The projects are not from my industry.”
  3. “Where are the figures for the other four?”
  4. “How do I know you built it?”
01 — The number of them

“One client is not a reference list.”

Short

True, and a long list would not be one either. I have not been building under this name for long; anybody showing twenty logos today is showing somebody else’s.

02 — The industry

“The projects are not from my industry.”

Short

For a local business that is correct, and the fourth rung says so. What transfers is the sequence, not the trade.

Four modulesThe same sequenceYour case worked through
03 — The approval

“Where are the figures for the other four?”

Short

In the clients’ books. I state operating figures because they describe the system, and no business figures, for which I have no approval.

04 — The share

“How do I know you built it?”

Short

Every write-up states my share explicitly, including where it was not the whole thing. And on the call I go through the code with you.

01 — The number of them

The five systems came out of years in corporate development; CoderConda as an agency is young. A reference list matching those years would have to be assembled from previous employment, and that belongs to the employer of the time rather than to me. What I offer instead is a figure you can check without me, and four rungs that say how far the rest carries. If that is too little for you, that is a defensible decision. It should just rest on what is written here rather than on the impression a wall of logos makes.

02 — The industry

A sales agency in Cologne and a roofer in the surrounding area have little in common except where it snags: neither is found, both get too few enquiries, and neither then decides which jobs to take. That is the cascade, and it is industry-neutral. What differs are the search terms, the subpages and whether the AI phone assistant applies at all. For a trade it applies most strongly; for a consultancy it is the chat. That is a deduction, and it takes ten minutes on the first call to check it.

03 — The approval

A revenue figure out of somebody else’s books I may only state once the client releases it, and the larger the company the longer that release takes. While it is pending, an estimate would be the convenient answer and the wrong one: an estimated effect cannot be told apart from an invented one. So I state what I measured myself: operations a day, steps in a process, time per case. Those figures describe what the system does, not what it was worth. As soon as a release exists, it goes in exactly this place.

04 — The share

Each of the five pages has a section answering only that: which part I was responsible for and which I was not. On two of them it says “everything”; on the others a bounded part, named down to the level of the interface. If that is not enough, the direct route helps: on the first call I share my screen and you see how one of these systems looks inside. It takes ten minutes and answers the question better than any wording on a website.

Four objections to the evidence. The objections to the offer are on the home page.
