HomeAI chat

A contact form is a hold queue without the music.

At CoderConda the AI chatbot for your website is included in the website package, for €1,950 one-off, then €50 a month. Between "sent" and "read" there is otherwise a night; the chat answers what the site already says instead, and names the source.

An example, not a recording. "Left open" is the line that becomes a gap in the monthly report.

01 · THE PROBLEM

The answer is not missing. Somebody to give it at 22:40 is.

  1. 22:40

A question the site does not answer

The visitor reads to the end and wants a detail that is written nowhere. They fill in the form.

  2. 22:44

The same question, two results down

Four minutes later it sits in two more forms at two other providers from the same list of results.

  3. 08:15

    Read, but not first

The enquiry is handled in the morning. It holds a name, an address and three lines of text — too little for an estimate, so a follow-up question goes out.

  4. 11:30

The call back meets a booked slot

Whoever answered at night has already spoken by mid-morning. The follow-up now arrives in second place.

02 · HOW IT ANSWERS

Four steps, and not one of them is a required field.

  1. Once

It reads what is already written

Service pages, catchment area, opening hours, pricing logic and the questions that come in every week. Not half the internet — the site itself. That is why it sounds like the company and not like a call center.

  2. Line 01

    It says what it is

First sentence, unprompted: not a person, but the company’s chat. Hiding that loses trust exactly once, and the enquiry with it.

  3. In the conversation

The answer first, then the follow-up

It answers the question that was asked and names the page it came from. Then comes what an estimate needs: what, where, how big, by when, which number. In that order.

  4. At the end

    An enquiry, not a transcript

Request, scope, time window, contact and the source of every answer arrive summarized in the inbox. The transcript sits underneath, in case somebody wants to read back.

04 · WHAT GETS SET UP

Six jobs. The seventh would be guessing, and it does not get that one.

  1. 01Your pages · your pricing logic

    Answers from your own content

It quotes the site, not the internet. For every answer it can say where that answer stands.

  2. 02Qualifying in dialogue

    Follow-up questions, not required fields

What, where, how big, by when, which number — asked in conversation, not in eight fields at once.

  3. 03Free slots only

    An appointment from the calendar

It offers what is genuinely free. It makes no promise nobody can keep.

  4. 04Inbox · WhatsApp · CRM

Handover to where people already look

Summary and transcript go into the system that is open anyway. No second inbox appears.

  5. 05One body of knowledge for both

    Escalation to the phone

If it turns urgent or too specific, it gives out the number and hands over to the phone assistant — with everything said so far.

  6. 06Gaps become visible

    "That is not written here"

The most important function. If a detail is missing it says so and records the question as an enquiry. What was missing stands in the monthly report.

05 · WHAT IT COSTS

The chat for your website is included in the website package.

  • With the website package€1,950 one-off, €50 a monthIncluded: reading in the content, going through the answers together, installation, running it and the monthly report.
  • Without the website packageAfter the first call, in writingA chat for an existing website, for WhatsApp or for customer service: setup and running by scope.
  • Changesincluded in running itA new service, new prices, a different catchment area.

Without the website package the price depends on how many pages get read in, how many questions the chat should answer, and where it has to connect. I name the amount in writing after the first call, before anything is built.

06 · TECHNOLOGY & DATA PROTECTION

What the chat stores is stated inside the window, not only in the privacy policy.

  1. 01GDPR · DPA

    Run in Germany, under contract

Run on servers in Germany, under a data processing agreement. Which further services are involved, such as the language model, and where they process is written into the quote.

  2. 02First sentence

It says it is not a person

Unprompted, in the first sentence. The EU AI Act has required this since August 2026; it stood here before that.

  3. 03Retention · export

    Transcripts with a deletion date

The period is agreed, not preset. On exit there is an export and after that a deletion.

  4. 04No tracking cookie

    It does not measure visitors

The chat sets no cookie to recognize anybody. What gets counted is questions and gaps, not people.

07 · WHERE IT STAYS SILENT

It says "I do not know", and that is the most expensive function to build.

  • It quotes no binding price. It gives ranges from comparable estimates and says outright that without measurements any sharper figure would be a guess.
  • On warranty, cancellation rights and legal questions it does not answer at all but hands over — the answer is binding, and binding is a person’s business.
  • If something is not on the site, it does not get invented. The question is recorded as an enquiry and the gap is listed in the monthly report.

PLAIN ANSWERS

Does the chat invent answers?
It answers from your own content and names the source. If something is not on the site it says exactly that and records the question as an enquiry. That is the difference between a chatbot that represents a company and one that merely sounds plausible.
How does it know what my business does?
From the setup. Service pages, catchment area, opening hours, pricing logic and the ten questions that come in every week are entered once. Then I go through the answers with you, so the wording comes from your company and not from me.
How much work is it for me?
One conversation about the business, one round of proofreading the answers, and one line in the head of the website. When something changes — a new service, a different catchment area, new prices — I follow it up. That belongs to running the thing, not to a new quote.
What happens when it does not know?
It records the request and the contact details and hands over. If it is urgent it gives out the number and puts the visitor through to the phone assistant — with whatever was already said in the chat. Nobody gets pointed at a form.
What about data protection?
Run on servers in Germany, with a data processing agreement. No tracking cookie, transcripts with an agreed deletion period. Which further services are involved, such as the language model, and where they process is written into the quote. What the chat stores is stated in one sentence inside the window, not only in the privacy policy.

THE NEXT STEP

One web address is enough to start.

I check which questions the existing pages can already answer today and which content is missing for the rest. You get that result even if no project comes of it.
