Brand & Offer · positioning and offer
CoderConda writes down your positioning and offer with you as a consultant, in seven documents, in two weeks and from €795. At the end it is settled who your customer is, what you offer them and how to say it in one sentence, and your website, content and sales speak the same language.
Bookable on its own. The positioning is also part of the Website & Content package.
Your competent partner for everything roofing.
Quality and experience for many years.
Homeowners in Cologne whose roof leaks after a storm
The damage is done and no firm calls back
Emergency cover straight away, repair after the inspection
Storm damage to your roof? Emergency cover straight away, repair after the inspection.
Invented example, for illustration only.
01 — The problem
Prospects hear a list of capabilities instead of an offer, fall back on comparing price, and choose the provider they understood faster.
Tick what applies.
02 — What you get
Each document is short and has one purpose. Together they later become your website, your content and your sales call.
What forWho exactly is meant, and which problem is expensive enough for them to pay to solve.
What forWhat you sell: the outcome, the scope and the logic of the price.
What forWhat you stand for, and what you no longer do.
What forThe one sentence that sounds the same on the phone, on the website and in a first call.
What forWhy the price is worth it, in your customers’ words instead of your list of services.
What forWhat you ask in your next sales call, and in which order.
What forWhat happens to the new offer in the first 90 days, so it does not stay in a drawer.
03 — The schedule
The kick-off takes two hours, every later appointment one at most. In between I read, write and only ask what I cannot know without you.
The small case. Several audiences need more rounds, and with them more appointments.
04 — The evidence
A sales agency in Cologne that could not be found on Google. I rebuilt the offer and the website. The result can be looked up on Google.
Reported by Carpantier Consulting, as of September 2026. One client, not an average.
05 — Scope and price
The small case is one offer for one audience. The large case covers several audiences and several rounds of review; there the effort sits in the decisions, not in the writing.

Book the intro callAll prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. The binding amount is in the proposal you receive after the first call.
06 — The objections
True, and that is why it sounds obvious to you. Your customers hear it for the first time. From a handful of real customer conversations I read where they get stuck, and write the sentence that clears it up.
For a logo, colours and photos, yes. This is about something before that: who is meant, what you offer and how you say it in one sentence. That is text and decisions, not design, and any designer can work from it afterwards.
Right. That is why the result does not stop at the core message but ends in the call guide and the 90-day plan. After that the sentence goes into website, content and sales, if you want it to.
Is yours missing? Bring it to the first call.
Spoken in English · subtitles in German, English and Serbian
07 — Who is behind it
With me, positioning is not a round of slides. I am Damjan Savić, I write the documents myself and go through them with you until every sentence sounds natural in your mouth.
08 — Appointment
Pick a time that suits you straight from the calendar. I go through with you where your company stands and what is worth doing. No obligation and no sales pressure.
