HomeServices03 · Sales & Growth
At CoderConda you optimise your sales process step by step: I break your buying decision into the steps it really has and give each step the message and the material that carries it. What remains is a process somebody else can run.
01 Message
Today: Attention gets created, then lost along the way.
02 Conversation
Today: Every contact is handled differently.
03 Proposal
Today: Every proposal looks different.
04 Follow-through
Today: Nobody sees where prospects drop out.
Plus: the buying journey itself, mapped step by step.
01 — The evidence
RecRobot is a recruiting workflow, not a sales project. It shows what I do with your process: I make visible where it is handed on by hand today.
automated steps, 3 → 12
One project, not an average.
02 — Scope
The cost depends on the stages and on the people involved. So scope and milestones are fixed and binding before work starts. I name the amount in writing after the first call, before anything is built.

Effort grows with the people involved.

First call
Where does it break for you?
I walk through your last real enquiries with you and name the stage where most of them are lost.
03 — The objections
A natural wish, but no. What gets built is the process and the material for it; your team keeps having the conversations. What is promised is that process, never a number of closed deals.
That may be true, and then the small case is enough. A call guide with a matching proposal structure is in use after a few weeks, objections and a proposal template included.
A fair question, and the answer is no. The parts are documents and processes, not software that has to be rolled out first. Each one is usable on its own.
A different question? I settle it with you on the first call.
