Six decisions. One order.

For founders CoderConda builds the offer and the website in the order the decisions demand, in the smallest scope in one to two weeks. For people building a new offer or company who want positioning, presence, sales and product to work together from day one.

Name, Offer, Price, Website, Channel, Tooling: whoever starts a company decides all of it at once. Choose what can still change for you.

Changes: Name To re-check: Website, Channel, Tooling (3 of 5)

The number is the rank: the more is built on a decision, the earlier it comes. Dashed: comes after the minimum, which takes one to two weeks.

Start small. Build out in stages.

Smallest scope
A tested offer with one page and one route into a conversation. One to two weeks.
Full build
Brand, website, content, sales route and a technical roadmap up to the first product of your own.

The full build in four stages

  1. 01 Business model and audience
  2. 02 Brand and first website
  3. 03 Sales and content foundation
  4. 04 MVP and scaling roadmap

Before each stage, scope, outcome, timeline and price are agreed. The next one is decided only when the one before it is closed.

What the services cost is listed under Services.

What gets built once the order is set.

RecRobot: from 3 to 12 automated steps

The process relied on manual handovers and disconnected tools.

Automation and one central application connect capture, evaluation and communication.

This is evidence for the engineering, not a founder case. The figure counts steps, not revenue. The case belongs to the last decision on the map: Tooling.

Five questions up front.

Is this worth it before the first customer?

Only the first step. An offer and a page that makes it testable are worth it before the first customer. Everything after that waits until somebody has paid for it.

What if the idea still changes?

That is expected. Which is why the order comes first and the build second: what may still turn is deliberately kept late and cheap. Choose above what can still change for you and you see what hangs on it.

Can I plan the budget?

Yes. Every stage has its scope, outcome, timeline and price agreed in advance. What comes after it is decided only once the previous stage is closed.

Does a new company need custom software?

Usually not at the start. Existing tools are checked first. Custom development begins where the difference to competitors sits, or where a process will not grow otherwise.

Does it stay maintainable once the project is over?

Everything is built on accounts that belong to you and closed with a documented handover. What you continue with afterwards, you should be able to continue without me.

In what order are you building right now?

Fifteen minutes on video. You name the offer and the audience, I tell you which of the next three decisions can wait.
